| When we called several tree maintenance contractors, you were very prompt in returning our phone call and in meeting us to examine our trees. You were ready to take action, bringing with you all necessary insurance documents, references, and pictures of jobs that you have performed. We were very pleased that you made such good use of our time. |
| Your cost estimate was very competitive, despite the complexity of the task. We had some unique needs which you were very willing and able to address. One maple, owned by the City of Newton, was tangled up in a 30,000-volt line and you successfully negotiated Newton's paperwork and legal requirements on our behalf. We appreciated not having to become involved ourselves. Also, no other tree contractors were aware of the city's legal requirements. Another enormous maple was in close proximity to and towering over two houses, necessitating the use of a crane for removal. The other tree contractors did not own a crane and would have only been able to prune the tree, not removing it as we desired. In addition, we were very pleasantly surprised to return home last Wednesday to see that you had removed all 8 1/3 trees in one day. Your cleanup was terrific. All that was left in our yard was a very small amount of sawdust. We also appreciated your initiative in removing several small trees that we had cut down earlier, but had not had time to clean up. |
